Clear polybags with a printed colour panel, one colour per toy, each carrying a yellow Happy Meal box graphic with the bag number and the code FC# MCDY-710. At least two distinct Happy Meal bag designs are documented; no Happy Meal box has been found for this promotion.

McDonald's tied its July 1995 Happy Meal to Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie, which had opened on June 30. The premiums are four numbered pieces of Ranger gear plus an under-3 toy given on request.

The four devices are generic movie equipment rather than character toys. None is tied to a Ranger identity, suit colour or Zord, and the polybag colours deliberately do not follow the Ranger palette, so bag colour should never be read as a Ranger assignment.

Only these five items print 'Happy Meal' on the bag. The six Ranger-and-Ninjazord sets sold alongside this promotion were a separate over-the-counter line and belong to their own record. A widespread dating trap: the polybags and Happy Meal bags carry a 1994 McDonald's copyright alongside 1995 Saban and Fox lines, so many sellers list these as 1994 toys. That is a printing artifact, not a second promotion. A genuinely separate Power Coin pack promotion did run from December 1994 into January 1995 and should not be merged with this one.
