The Power Flute was the under-3 toy in the 1995 McDonald's Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Movie Happy Meal, given on request rather than in the numbered rotation.

That Happy Meal's four numbered toys and this under-3 piece were the in-store premiums. McDonald's separately sold six Ranger-and-Zord sets over the counter as a different line.

Its polybag carries a 1995 McDonald's copyright, where the four numbered toys carry 1994, and is marked recommended for children age 1 and over.
