The Power Siren is toy number 3 in the 1995 McDonald's Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Movie Happy Meal, a visor-shaped pod with an embossed movie logo.

That Happy Meal held four numbered toys plus a separate under-3 piece. McDonald's also sold six Ranger-and-Zord sets over the counter as a distinct line, not part of the numbered Happy Meal toys.
