The Power Com is toy number 1 in the 1995 McDonald's Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Movie Happy Meal, a communicator watch worn on a wrist strap.

That Happy Meal held four numbered toys plus a separate under-3 piece. McDonald's also sold six Ranger-and-Zord sets over the counter as a distinct line, not part of the numbered Happy Meal toys.

Its hinged lid flips open over a domed lens set into an orange printed polybag panel; whether that lens is lenticular or a plain printed disc has not been confirmed.
