Iggy the Iguana Neon with Tongue

The neon Iggy is the brightest of the four and, with the pastel, one of the two versions made with a tongue. His swing tag is attached at the spine, where the earlier tongueless versions can carry it at either the spine or the foot.

Neon and pastel are the same design, so the colour is the only thing that tells them apart. Neon is the saturated one, pastel the softer.

Like every Iggy, he shares a look with Rainbow, style 4037, a chameleon Ty built with the iguana's appearance after his production teams confused the two species. The mix-up shows up mainly on the tie-dyed and blue versions, which were made under both names.

Neon ran from 1998 into 1999 and was produced in very large numbers, so it carries no premium over the other three.
