Decade the Bear – Dark Blue

The dark blue Decade ran for about four months, from 29 May 2003 until 1 October 2003, when it retired on the same day as the red version. Green took over the color rotation that same day, launching on 1 October as dark blue and red both left it.

Dark blue was one of ten colors Ty released under that same style number, 4585, to mark the tenth anniversary of Beanie Babies in 2003. The set's debut came at the New York City Toy Fair on 16 February that year, where Ty Warner personally signed 100 of the bears for retailers.
