Princess the Bear (PE Pellets, China, Space)

Princess made in China with the space swing tag and P.E. pellets is the ordinary later-production version, the one Ty kept making once the pellet changeover had settled and the no-space tag had been retired. It sells in a recorded range of $15 to $20, with a median around $17.

Space describes the swing tag rather than the bear: the same last four lines of text that ran together on the no-space tag carry a line break here. Ty printed both versions intentionally at different points in the production run, so the spacing on its own says nothing about rarity, only about when the bear left the factory.

China Princess bears from this later run sometimes carry a small number stamped inside the tush tag, a factory identifier rather than a special edition marker, and those numbered examples are generally the least valuable version of all, well below what this plain space, P.E. combination brings.
