Stretchy the Ostrich was bag number 10 in McDonald's 1999 Teenie Beanie promotion, one of twelve numbered animals in Happy Meals from May 21 to June 3, 1999. Ty gave the Happy Meal ostrich its own name, Stretchy, distinct from the full-size Stretch.
It came in a printed plastic bag like the rest of the numbered set, and millions were made, so a sealed bag alone does not create value.
