Spunky the Spaniel

Spunky the Spaniel was bag number 4 in McDonald's 1999 Teenie Beanie promotion, one of twelve numbered animals in Happy Meals from May 21 to June 3, 1999. Ty Collector's own roster names the full-size dog Spunky the Cocker Spaniel.

The full-size Spunky had already retired on March 31, 1999, before the Teenie version arrived that May. It came in a printed plastic bag like the rest of the numbered set, and enough were made that a sealed bag alone does not create value.
