Snort the Bull

Snort is Ty's second attempt at a bull. The first was made without hooves, and Snort corrected that, arriving in January 1997 and staying in production until late 1998.

His red plush is shared with several other Beanie Babies, so fabric alone will not identify him. The same material was used for the red Digger, Grunt, Pinchers and Tabasco, and the style number on the tush tag is a faster way to be certain.

Documented oddities include a Snort made with three ears, and examples wearing tush tags that belong to Floppity, Goldie, Nuts, Peanuts or Sparky. He also appeared as a stadium giveaway, with 5,000 handed out at a Chicago Bulls game in April 1999, which is about as on the nose as a promotion gets.
