Sly the Fox White Belly

Sly the Fox's white-belly version replaced the brown-belly original on 6 August 1996 and stayed in production far longer, retiring on 22 September 1998. He carries a wider tag range than the brown-belly version, a fourth or fifth generation swing tag against a tush tag anywhere from the third generation through the sixth.

On 27 August 1998, 10,000 white-belly Slys were given away at a baseball game between the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Milwaukee Brewers, a few weeks before the version retired.

Collectors have documented five distinct tush tag mismatches on the white-belly Sly: tags belonging to Congo, Dotty, Legs, Stinky and Tabasco.
