Racing Gold the Bear – Black

The black Racing Gold is the Ty store exclusive of the five Racing Gold bears, and the only one of the five with its own style number. The other four colours share style 40694. The black bear is 44119, so the number on the tush tag is the quickest way to confirm which one you are holding.

All five were made under NASCAR licence to mark fifty years of the Daytona 500, and each came with an extra swing tag carrying a holographic NASCAR logo. A black Racing Gold without that second tag is incomplete.

The blue Racing Gold is half an inch taller than the other four. That separates blue from the rest but does nothing to separate black from the remaining three, which is why the style number matters more here than the size.
