Punxsutawney Phil 2009 the Groundhog – Chamber of Commerce was the last Punxsutawney Phil Ty made. It also marked a change in how Ty sold the character: Chamber of Commerce membership replaced the Ty online store as the point of exclusivity. The charity tag naming a Red Cross beneficiary on every release since 2003 is gone from this one.
