Patti the Platypus

Patti opened the whole Teenie Beanie era. She was the first numbered bag of the ten-toy 1997 set, the promotion that was planned to run five weeks and could not, because adults were buying Happy Meals for the toys and leaving the food. So many bags went straight into storage unopened that sealed examples are still easy to find, and the bag alone does not make one valuable.
