Neon the Seahorse

Neon the Seahorse was bag number 13 in the Under the Sea group of the 2000 McDonald's Teenie Beanie Babies promotion. The full-size Neon was released in 1999 and retired that December. This was the largest of the four U.S. Teenie promotions, with 18 numbered bags across five categories from June to November 2000, and like the rest of the set, Neon's Teenie shipped in huge numbers, so a sealed bag alone does not carry much value.
