Nanook the Husky

Nanook is the husky, and he ran from 11 May 1997 to 31 March 1999. His style number is 4104 and his birthday is 21 November 1996.

He is found with fourth and fifth generation swing tags and with tush tags from the third generation through the sixth.

Everything else documented on Nanook is a tush tag with someone else's name on it. He has been found wearing tags for Chip, Gobbles, Lucky, Quackers, Ringo, Seaweed, Spooky and Zip. That is a long list for one character, and it says more about the factories than about any single dog. A wrong tag is a production slip, and nothing about it suggests the piece was altered afterwards.
