Mooch is the spider monkey Ty made because fans kept asking for one.

Counterfeit Mooches exist, and there are three checks. Inside the swing tag, the birthday on a fake has no comma between the day and the year. The mouth on a fake tilts down slightly towards the edges, where a genuine Mooch's runs straight across. The tush tag on a fake is printed in grey ink where a genuine one carries a silver hologram, and the printing on a fake swing tag is often off centre.
