Magic the Dragon

Magic is a white dragon sorted by the colour of the thread in her wings and spines. The original run used pale pink thread. In 1996 the thread changed to hot pink, and in recent years a medium pink has been recognised as a third variety. The difference between them is often subjective, so a listing that leans hard on which pink it is deserves a careful look at the photographs.

She was introduced on 3 June 1995 and retired on 31 December 1997. She carries a third or fourth generation swing tag, with tush tags from the first generation to the fifth. Her white fabric is the same Ty used on Chilly, Flip, Gracie, Peking and Spot.

Seven wrong-name tush tags are documented on Magic: Ears, Gracie, Maple, Mystic, Pinky, Sting and Ziggy. Gracie shares her fabric, which makes that one the easiest to picture happening. Peanut has been found wearing a Magic tag in return. None of these is a fault.
