Lucky the Ladybug

Lucky the Ladybug was bag number 5 in the Garden Bunch group of the 2000 McDonald's Teenie Beanie Babies promotion, the largest of the four U.S. Teenie runs at 32 toys across numbered bags and separate special groups. The full-size Lucky was first released in 1996 and retired two years later in 1998. Like the rest of the 2000 set, Lucky's Teenie went out in enormous numbers through Happy Meals, and a sealed bag alone does not make one valuable.
