Hope the Bear

Hope is the praying bear, and the first Beanie Baby modelled on one of Ty's plush bears.

Counterfeit Hopes exist and are poorly made, so they should be easy to pick out. A fake is smaller than the real bear and holds fewer beans. The swing tag poem is the clearest tell, because the counterfeit garbles it into lines that read "bow your bead" and "a heat that's tme". On the left side of the swing tag, the fake puts a space before the comma after Gosport and leaves out the full stop after the K in U.K.
