About Bushy the Lion

Bushy the Lion was bag number 18 in the Top Secret group of the 2000 McDonald's Teenie Beanie Babies promotion. It was one of two toys held back and released on June 29, rather than at the promotion's June 13 start. Bushy's Teenie carries McDonald's branded tags rather than Ty's heart tag, and like the rest of the 2000 set, it went out in huge numbers, so a sealed bag alone does not carry much value.

The Bushy name also turns up on a different character in Ty's Beanie Boos line, so it is worth checking which Bushy a listing actually means.
