Blizz the White Tiger was bag number 10 in the At the Zoo group of the 2000 McDonald's Teenie Beanie Babies promotion. Ty gave the Happy Meal tiger its own name rather than reusing the full-size toy's, a separate release with McDonald's branded swing and tush tags instead of Ty's heart tag. The 2000 set was the biggest of the four U.S. Teenie promotions, and like the rest of it, Blizz shipped in huge numbers, so a sealed bag alone does not create value.
