Bearon the Bear (Red)

Bearon the Bear in red is the common color of the two Ty shipped under style 40039, its Wright brothers commemorative bear. Only one brown Bearon shipped in each bag of Bearons Ty sent out, with red bears filling the rest, which is why red does not carry the premium the brown version does.

Both colors share the same style number, birthday and poem, so color is what separates one from the other. Ty also sold a Midwest Airlines exclusive of both colors on 20 November 2003, a week after the general retail release on 12 November, with an extra Midwest Airlines swing tag added to the regular tags.
