Admiral the Penguin

Admiral is a penguin best known for a Santa Barbara Zoo version, a limited edition sold only at the zoo store with an extra Santa Barbara Zoo swing tag attached. Without that second tag, an Admiral is the standard release.

The zoo version marked the opening of the Crawford Family Penguin House, home to nine rare Humboldt penguins, which opened a month before the penguin went on sale there in July 2006. It sold for $6.95 and was offered again in December 2007.
