With Halloween a little over a month away, Batty is one to watch. Sales picked up this week, putting it alongside Princess among the busiest Beanies in our tracker. Elsewhere, Lucky had a jump of its own, and three early Teddys each found buyers at around $500.
Which Beanies were selling most often?
Batty and Princess stood out among the busiest names in our tracked sample. Together, they accounted for 49 sales, up from 33.
For volume comparisons, we use September 14–19 against September 7–12: matching Monday–Saturday windows with more complete coverage than Sunday. These are sales captured by our tracker, not every sale on eBay. Character totals can include different versions.

Batty and Princess together recorded 16 more sales than in the previous period. Another week of higher sales would make that activity more interesting to follow.
Lucky jumps, while Bongo keeps a steady pace
Lucky rose from two sales to 14, the largest numerical increase in this selection. That is a sevenfold increase from a small base. Its full-history median barely changed, from $6 to $5.99. Volume is the story here.
Jake climbed from three to eight, while Bongo stayed close to its previous pace at 12 versus 13. Bongo’s median also held at $6.95. Familiar, affordable Beanies continued changing hands alongside the headline sales.
Goochy had a particularly concentrated burst: six recorded sales, up from one, all dated September 18–19. That is worth following in the next update before calling it a trend. Scorch moved in the other direction, from nine sales to five, even as its median stayed at $7.95.
Special-edition bears and early Teddys lead the standout sales
A Hong Kong Toy Fair 2010 bear led this selection at $1,400, followed by royal blue Peanut and Billionaire Bear #2.

The two Peanut sales offer an interesting comparison. Both listings described third-generation hang tags and first-generation tush tags, yet royal blue Peanut brought nearly five times the light-blue example’s $250. The Teddy sales clustered: old-face jade, old-face magenta and new-face magenta all finished within a penny of $500.
What to watch next
Batty gives us a timely question for the next few weeks: will sales keep building as Halloween approaches? Its 25 sales put it just ahead of Princess in this comparison. A few more strong weeks would make the Halloween connection more convincing than a single September jump.
The other question is whether Lucky and Goochy can sustain this week’s activity. Goochy’s six sales were packed into just two days, while Lucky went from two sales to 14. We’ll be looking for repeat activity across the next week, rather than treating one burst as a lasting shift in collector interest.
